Housing and Subsidies:
- To fulfill the dream of a house: There is a plan to provide more than 3 lakh houses for the poor. The subsidy amount per house in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin), Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana, Pandit Deendayal Awas Yojana and Halpati Awas Yojana has been increased by Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1 lakh 70 thousand.

Reduction in Stamp Duty:
- Property acquired by elders: Stamp duty for daughter's heirs has been reduced from 4.90% to Rs. 200 has been reduced. - Mortgage: Stamp duty for loans up to Rs. 1 crore has been reduced from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 5,000. - Lease: Stamp duty for leases of less than one year has been reduced to Rs. 500 (residential) and Rs. 1,000 (commercial).
